Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, to be eligible for a return. To start a return, email support@libertyclub.co with your order number. We'll respond with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Membership Refunds
VIP Membership charges follow the terms in our Subscription Policy (refund requests within 14 days of the billing date).
