Subscription Policy
1. Membership & Billing
The Liberty Club VIP Membership is a monthly, automatically recurring membership billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days. Your first payment is charged at checkout at the time you purchase the membership. You will then be charged $29.99 every 30 days until you cancel.
2. What's Included
While your membership is active and in good standing, your Liberty Club VIP Membership includes:
- 40% member savings on all eligible Liberty Club products
- Access to VIP-only products and exclusive drops
- Priority customer support
- Expedited order processing when available
- Early access to selected launches and limited offers
- Exclusive seasonal member offers and free U.S. shipping
Benefits may vary from time to time and are active only while your membership remains current and paid.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By purchasing the membership you authorize Vantage Goods LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout $29.99 every 30 days until cancellation.
4. Electronic Notifications & Receipts
You will receive an electronic notification 5–7 days before each recurring charge and a receipt after each successful transaction. It is your responsibility to keep the email address on your account accurate and able to receive these notifications.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time. To cancel or manage your membership:
- Log in to your account at www.libertyclub.co and manage your subscription settings, or
- Email us at support@libertyclub.co with the subject line "Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]", or
- Submit a request through our Cancel My Membership page.
No phone call is required to cancel. Cancellation requests are processed as promptly as possible. To avoid a future charge, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
6. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel, no further recurring charges will apply after the cancellation is processed. Your benefits may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which member-only benefits, discounts, and access may no longer be available.
7. Membership Refunds
Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle. To request a refund, contact us at support@libertyclub.co within 14 days of the charge and include your name, order email, and order number if available. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and, when approved, issued to the original payment method.
8. Pricing or Benefit Changes
We may update the membership price, included benefits, or terms from time to time. If we make a material change to the recurring price or key terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect where required by law. You may cancel if you do not agree to the updated terms.
